Meaning Of Word 'Sai' As Explained By Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans

Sai devotees always chant the word 'Sai'. It has become a mantra for them. But very few people know its meaning.

The meaning of 'Sai' could be very well understood by reading 'Shri Ramkrishna Vachnanamrut' . One would be surprised to know that the meaning of the word is similar to the life of Sai Baba. It is more surprising that when Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans explained it, he was living in Bengal. Before we proceed to analyse the meaning of the word 'Sai', first some similarities between he lifestyle of Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans and Shirdi Sai Baba has to studied as the meaning has some relation of it.

Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans and Shirdi Sai Baba lived in almost similar ages. Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans birth was in the year 1837 and Sai Baba's birth was in the year 1838 (approximately) . Both the saints had similarities in their thoughts and teachings. Both had said that all the religions are one. People of all religion go to the same God. People of all religions should live with brotherhood following this rule. Ram of Hindus, Allah of Muslims and Jesus of Christians are one and same. People call them by such names according to their castes and creed, but in the end they are calling only one God.

Both the saints have put the same question that though there exists similarity of Gods, then why people quarrel with each other? Why do they behave live fools? So it was emphasized that people should live in unison. Though the paths are different, everybody has to go the same place. It is said that saints know each other and are one with each other.

Once Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans was seated in a room of Dakshineshwar temple. The author of famous work 'Shri Ramkrishna Vachnamrut', Shri Master Maharaj was also present. At that time, Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans had explained the meaning of 'Sai' in his pravachan, "In the opinion of power, the one who has acquired the world i.e. a Siddha Purush is said to be Koul, according to Vedant, it is Paramhans, so according to Boul Vaishnav (a sub custom of Bengal) it is called Sai. Boul Vaishnav of Bengal and Varkari of Maharastra are similar. So Sai is the last limit. When Boul's became Siddha, it is called 'Sai'. There is total indifference in this situation. The people wear a necklace of which is half made up of cow's bones and the other half is made up of tulsi (Tulsi is herb considered as auspicious as per Hindu tradition). This Siddha person follow and respect both Hindu and Muslim religion. He is 'Neer" for Hindus and a 'Peer' for Muslims.

In this way, Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans has explained the meaning of word 'Sai'. We can see the character of Sai Baba same as the meaning. Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans used to sing a bhajan "Ek Aise Bhavka Fakir Aayaa Hai, Jo Hidnuo Ka Devataa Aur Musalamano Ka Peer Hai"

One more surprising fact is that in the year 1886, Sai Baba took Samadhi for three days and in the same year, Shri Ramkrishna Paramhans had taken Samadhi. Saints only know their deeds, but there is no doubt that they both were one. They both knew each other's deeds.

Thus it is clear from this that when Sai Baba first came to Shirdi, Goddess Saraswati only spoke in the voice of Mhalsapati 'Come Sai'.

1. What does the word Lakshmi mean?

The word Lakshmi comes from 'laksha' means 'to aim at'. So 'Lakshmi' is that,what is sought after by all.

2. Whois Goddess Lakshmi?
· In the Puranas she is said to be the consort of Lord Narayana.
· She is the 'Adi Shakti', the eternal power of the Lord.
· She has various aspects or expressions.

3. Whoshould seek blessings from Goddess Lakshmi?
·Scriptures talk of two paths. Path of Action (Pravritti marga) and Path ofRenounciation (Nivritti marga). All those who want either pleasures orliberation, following their respective paths should seek blessings from GoddessLakshmi.

4. Howshould one following 'the Path of Action' seek goddess Lakshmi?
In Ishaavaasya Upanishad 2nd mantra it is said, 'kurvan eva iha karmaanijijivishet shatam samaah; evam tvayi naanyathetosti na karma lipyate nare'

Those who wish to desire pleasures of this world and higher worlds (heavens)should aim to live a long life of dharma, serving others.

One requires wealth to live a long life of service. Hence one must work hard toacquire wealth.

When the wealth acquired righteously is used for dharma then the actionsperformed to acquire wealth do not bind the doer with I-ness and My-ness.

5. What kind of wealth is sought after by those who follow the Path of Action?
· There are eight types of wealth described in the scriptures, called as AshtaLakshmi.

6.What are the eight types of wealth?
1) Dhana Lakshmi: Money through righteous ways
2) Dhaanya Lakshmi: Sattvik pure food to maintain health. As health is wealth.
3) Gaja Lakshmi: Cattle or vehicle.
4) Santaan Lakshmi: Good and well behaved children.
5) Vidyaa Lakshmi: Proficiency in the world
6) Dhairya Lakshmi: Courage to venture into new things and also facedifficulties.
7) Vijaya Lakshmi: Success in ones field of action
8) Aadi Lakshmi: She being the eternal power of the Lord is also the eternalsource of grace and hence when sought after one will never be denied of Herblessings.

7. InTulasi Ramayana Seetaji is worshiped as Adi Shakti.'udbhava-sthiti-samhaara-kaarinim klesha-haarinim, sarva-shreyas-karim seetaamnato ham Rama-vallabhaam.' She is the very cause of creation maintainance anddissolution of the world. When She is with Rama, She removes all the klesha(Avidya-ignorance of Self, Asmita- I-ness, Rraga-likes, Dvesha-dislikes andAbhinivesha-fear of death because of identification with the limited) andbrings ultimate good (Moksha). But the same Adi shakti, eternal power of theLord if is not with the Lord can create klesha and bring ultimate destruction.Lord Narayana pervades the world of names and forms. Hence service to all isservice to the Lord. Jana seva Jananrdan seva, nara seva Narayana Seva. Hencewealth when utilised for dharma, service to all will bring the Ultimate Good,Moksha through antahkarana shuddhi (purification of the mind).

8. Howshould one following 'the Path of Renunciation' seek goddess Lakshmi?
Ishaavaasya Upanishad in the first mantra says, 'ishaa-vaasyam idam sarvam yatkinchit jagatyaam jagat; tena tyaktena bhunjithaah maa gridha kasyaswitdhanam'.

Those who do not desire temporary pleasures of this world or the higher worldsand are the seekers of the permanent bliss should not hoard wealth and protectthemselves from the attachment to the transient.

Permanent happiness is possible only when one is able to experience The Onepervading the apparent many. To whom then the wealth belongs to when there Isnothing other then the One?

The seekers of the One, prepare themselves to walk the Path of Renunciation bycultivating the fourfold qualities such as Vivek (ability to discriminatebetween the permanent and the impermanent), Vairagya (giving up theidentification with the impermanent), Shat Sampatti (Six wealth) andMumukshutvam (desire to get liberated from the limited).

Thus the seekers of the Truth too seek blessings of Goddess Lakshmi for the'Shat Sampati', six kind of wealth.

9.What are the six types of wealth required by the seekers of the Truth?
1) Shama - Control of mind. The mind does not distract the seeker.
2) Dama - Control of senses. The seeker does not get lured by the falseglitters of the sense objects.
3) Uparati - Not persecuted by the mind and senses, the seeker is able topractice ones own dharma, 'swadhyaaya'.
4) Titikshaa - Forbearance. The seeker's knowledge of 'The Oneness' does notshake while experiencing the pairs of opposite like 'sukha-dukha' etc.
5) Shraddhaa - Faith in the words of Guru and Vedanta which helps the seeker toremain consistent till the goal is reached.
6) Samaadhaanam - Single-pointedness of mind. Where the mind rests in the One.

10.Thus whether one wants Dharma or Brahma we need the blessings of GoddessLakshmi. Worshiping Goddess Lakshmi means in adoration humbly surrender toinvoke Her grace.

11.The highest wealth is Narayana, the Poorna-the infinite. Having attained thatone becomes free from wants. Wealth without Lord Narayana makes us dependentslaves and beggars of more. Laksmiji finds Her fulfilment in being one withNarayana.

12.Gurudev once said, 'Hold on to Narayana, Lakshmi will follow.' The easiest wayto invoke Lord Narayana in kaliyuga is to chant the name of the Lord. Let usincrease the wealth of the name - 'Naam dhan kaa khajaanaa badhaate chalo apnimukti kaa maarg banaate chalo' and pave our path to liberation.

13.May Mother Lakshmi protect us and bless us with Lord Narayana, The Infinite.

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON:"Daddy, may I ask you a question?"

DAD:"Yeah sure, what is it?" replied the man.

This is a true story of Mother’s Sacrifice during the China Earthquake.

After the Earthquake had subsided, when the rescuers reached the ruins of a young woman’s house, they saw her dead body through the cracks. But her pose was somehow strange that she knelt on her knees like a person was worshiping; her body was leaning forward, and her two hands were supporting by an object. The collapsed house had crashed her back and her head.

With so many difficulties, the leader of the rescuer team put his hand through a narrow gap on the wall to reach the woman’s body. He was hoping that this woman could be still alive. However, the cold and stiff body told him that she had passed away for sure.

He and the rest of the team left this house and were going to search the next collapsed building. For some reasons, the team leader was driven by a compelling force to go back to the ruin house of the dead woman. Again, he knelt down and used his had through the narrow cracks to search the little space under the dead body. Suddenly, he screamed with excitement,” A child! There is a child! “

The whole team worked together; carefully they removed the piles of ruined objects around the dead woman. There was a 3 months old little boy wrapped in a flowery blanket under his mother’s dead body. Obviously, the woman had made an ultimate sacrifice for saving her son. When her house was falling, she used her body to make a cover to protect her son. The little boy was still sleeping peacefully when the team leader picked him up.

The medical doctor came quickly to exam the little boy. After he opened the blanket, he saw a cell phone inside the blanket. There was a text message on the screen. It said,” If you can survive, you must remember that I love you.” This cell phone was passing around from one hand to another. Every body that read the message wept. ” If you can survive, you must remember that I love you.” Such is the mother’s love for her child!!

Here are some of the points raised by Hazare’s group:

1. The government Bill provides for nothing to recover ill-gotten wealth. A corrupt politician or bureaucrat can come out of jail and enjoy the money. The Jan Lokpal Bill seeks to recover from the accused the loss caused to the government due to corruption. It also increases punishment for the corrupt from a minimum of six months and a maximum of seven years to a minimum of five years and a maximum of life imprisonment.

2. The Jan Lokpal Bill seeks to empower the Lokpal to initiate probe suo motu and directly entertain public complaints. The government Bill requires complaints to be routed through the Speaker and the Rajya Sabha Chairperson.

3. The government Bill makes the Lokpal only an advisory body, vesting powers in the Prime Minister for action on its reports against cabinet ministers and in Parliament for action against the Prime Minister and MPs. The Jan Lokpal Bill gives the Lokpal powers to initiate prosecution after completing investigations. It also gives the Lokpal police powers to register FIRs, proceed with criminal investigations and launch prosecution.

4. It would be impossible for the Prime Minister to act against a cabinet minister on the basis of the Lokpal's report due to the compulsion of coalition politics. It gives the example of former telecom minister A Raja.

5. The Jan Lokpal Bill proposes merger of the Central Vigilance Commission with a part of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to create a single point of investigation in cases of corruption. The government Bill proposes to take away powers from the CBI to investigate politicians, thereby insulating them from investigations.

6. The government Bill gives power to the Lokpal to send to jail through summary trial anybody filing false and frivolous complaints, but it does not give the Lokpal power to send corrupt politicians to jail.

1. Who is Anna Hazare?

An ex-army man. Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War

2. What's so special about him?

He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra

3. So what?

This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills.

In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.

4. Ok,...?

This guy, Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities.

5. Really, what is he fighting for?

He is supporting a cause, the amendment of a law to curb corruption in India.

6. How that can be possible?

He is advocating for a Bil, The Jan Lokpal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill), that will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), beurocrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds.

8. It's an entirely new thing right..?

In 1972, the bill was proposed by then Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit thier theft (corruption).

7. Oh.. He is going on a hunger strike for that whole thing of passing a Bill ! How can that be possible in such a short span of time?

The first thing he is asking for is: the government should come forward and announce that the bill is going to be passed.

Next, they make a joint committee to DRAFT the JAN LOKPAL BILL. 50% goverment participation and 50% public participation. Because you cant trust the government entirely for making such a bill which does not suit them.

8. Fine, What will happen when this bill is passed?

A LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year. Within 2 years, the guilty will be punished. Not like, Bofors scam or Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, that has been going for last 25 years without any result.

BEING IN TWENTIES - SOMETHING

It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are many things about yourself that you didn't know and may not like. You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now.

You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met, and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you don't recognize is that they are realizing that too, and aren't really cold, catty, mean or insincere, but that they are as confused as you.

You look at your job... and it is not even close to what you thought you would be doing, or maybe you are looking for a job and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and that scares you.

Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and are constantly adding things to your list of what is acceptable and what isn't. One minute, you are insecure and then the next, secure.

You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly, change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life, but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away, and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.

This is a new one. People sure stay busy

Trying to cheat us, don't they?

SCENE 1.

A friend went to the local gym and placed his belongings in the locker. After the workout and a shower, he came out, saw the locker open, and thought to himself, 'Funny, I thought I locked the locker...

Hmm, 'He dressed and just flipped the wallet to make sure all was in order.

Everything looked okay - all cards were in place....

A few weeks later his credit card bill came - a whooping bill of 74,000!

He called the credit card company and started yelling at them, saying that he did not make the transactions.

Customer care personnel verified that there was no mistake in the system and asked if his card had been stolen.

'No,' he said, but then took out his wallet, pulled out the credit card, and yep - you guessed it - a switch had been made.

An expired similar credit card from the same bank was in the wallet.

The thief broke into his locker at the gym and switched cards.

Verdict: The credit card issuer said since he did not report the card missing earlier, he would have to pay the amount owed to them.

How much did he have to pay for items he did not buy?

Why were there no calls made to verify the amount swiped?

Small amounts rarely trigger a 'warning bell' with some credit card companies. It just so happens that all the small amounts added up to big one!

SCENE 2.

A man at a local restaurant paid for his meal with his credit card.

The bill for the meal came, he signed it and the waitress folded the receipt and passed the credit card along.

Usually, he would just take it and place it in his wallet or pocket. Funny enough, though, he actually took a look at the card and, lo and behold, it was the expired card of another person.

He called the waitress and she looked perplexed. She took it back, apologized, and hurried back to the counter under the watchful eye of the man. All the waitress did while walking to the counter was wave the wrong expired card to the counter cashier, and the counter cashier immediately looked down and took out the real card.

No exchange of words --- nothing! She took it and came back to the man with an apology.

Verdict:

Make sure the credit cards in your wallet are yours..

Check the name on the card every time you sign for something and/or the card is taken away for even a short period of time.

Many people just take back the credit card without even looking at it, 'assuming' that it has to be theirs.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DEVELOP THE HABIT OF CHECKING YOUR CREDIT CARD EACH TIME IT IS RETURNED TO YOU AFTER A TRANSACTION!

SCENE 3:

Yesterday I went into a pizza restaurant to pick up an order that I had called in.

I paid by using my Visa Check Card which, of course, is linked directly to my checking Account.

The young man behind the counter took my card, swiped it, then laid it on the counter as he waited for the approval, which is pretty standard procedure.

While he waited, he picked up his cell phone and started dialling.

I noticed the phone because it is the same model I have, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Then I heard a click that sounded like my phone sounds when I take a picture.

He then gave me back my card but kept the phone in his hand as if he was still pressing buttons.

Meanwhile, I'm thinking: I wonder what he is taking a picture of, oblivious to what was really going on.

It then dawned on me: the only thing there was my credit card, so now I'm paying close attention to what he is doing.

He set his phone on the counter, leaving it open.

About five seconds later, I heard the chime that tells you that the picture has been saved.

Now I'm standing there struggling with the fact that this boy just took a picture of my creditcard.

Yes, he played it off well, because had we not had the same kind of phone, I probably would never have known what happened.

Needless to say, I immediately cancelled that card as I was walking out of the pizza parlour.

All I am saying is, be aware of your surroundings at all times.

Whenever you are using your credit card take caution and don't be careless..

Notice who is standing near you and what they are doing when you use your card.

Be aware of phones, because many have a camera phone these days.

...

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.
She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.
She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.
She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outsidethe door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.
On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.
I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.
Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

అప్పటికి office politics తెలుస్తాయ్ .

ప్రతి రోజు TL, PM ని తిట్టుకుంటూ ఒక ఆరు నెలలు గడిపేస్తాం . ఇలా loop లో పెట్టి కొడితే రెండు ఏళ్ళు అయిపోతాయ్ . అప్పటికి కళ్ళ చుట్టూ black circles, వేళ్ళు వంకర్లు , మెడ నొప్పులు ... పిచ్చ నా .. జబ్బులు అన్ని వచ్చేసి ఉంటాయ్ . సొంత అమ్మ , నాన్న , అక్క , చెల్లి , అన్న , తమ్ముడి నే చుట్టం చూపుగా చూడటానికి వెళ్తుంటాం . ఒక వేళ bro/sis ఉంటే , వాళ్ళే .. s/w field లో ఉంటే .. అర్ధం చేసుకొని తిట్టటం మానేస్తారు . అలా లేకపోతే phone చేసిన ప్రతిసారి సంజాయిషీ .

One more fine day పెళ్లి card ఇస్తుంది . ఇంకేముంది Heart breaking లా దేవదాస్ లా గడ్డం పెంచేసుకొని .. ఆ అమ్మాయి మంచిది కాదు అని deciding. next day నుంచి ఇంకొకళ్ళకి trying.

Reviews వస్తాయ్ . " నువ్వు excellent, నువ్వే లేనిదే company లేదు , కత్తి , కేక , కమాల్ , etc, etc ... " అని చెప్పి ఊరించి చివర్లో .. "but" అంటారు . తీరా చూస్తే నీ salary లో ఇంకో సనక్కాయ్ పెంచాం , పో .. అంటారు . Resume update cheyyali అని గత ఆరు నెలలు గా తీస్కుంటున్న decision ని మళ్ళా ఒకసారి స్మరించుకుని .. అలా ఇచ్చిన సనక్కాయల మీద బతికేస్తుంటాం .

DON'T SIT ON YOUR WALLET

Your wallet can be real pain for your back and the buttocks, and it can even lead to shooting pains down the legs. Sitting on a wallet for prolonged hours every day can compress sciatic nerve which passes beneath piriformis muscle and leads to piriformis syndrome, low back pain & self-inflicted sciatica.

The wallet acts as a wedge that forces the pelvis, spine and body out of alignment. Just as you would not sit on a brief case or a rock for an extended period of time, you should not sit on your wallet. Anyone who drives more than a half hour sitting on a wallet, is a candidate for sciatica or back pain.

The healthiest option is to move the wallet to your front pocket. If it's must to keep your wallet in your back pocket, you should remove it before you sit down.

What should you do if you’ve forgotten or lost your WordPress Admin password?

Step one of course would be to fill in your username and your email into the lost password form.

But what if you don’t know one of either your username or your email?

Are you out of luck?

Not if you have admin access to your server.

First things first.

login to your server admin account (cPanel, Hsphere, Plesk, etc…)
open up PHP MyAdmin (see your host’s help file)
open up your WordPress weblog database
don’t panic when you see the complicated screen
click on wp_users in the left hand column
choose browse from the top menu
you will see all your users with usernames and passwords
go back to the login screen
request a new password
if necessary modify the email to one which will come to you

If you want to make your life miserable you can replace the hash key instead and login directly. But why bother when you can just go back to using the standard interface.

I’m sure I’ve saved at least one person a call to his or her server admin with this info.

What is Over Committment?

To bind or obligate (oneself, for example) beyond the capacity for realization. How to prevent it? Here are some ways..

To prevent over committing, you have to learn to say “no”. For many, especially you ladies out there (you know who you are) saying “no” is akin to getting a root canal. It’s thoroughly unnatural and completely painful.

Here are five strategies and techniques to help you say “no” and free yourself from the stress of over commitment, once and for all.

1. Know your priorities.

Being clear about what is truly important to you is the first step to saying no. When you know what you want out of life, you’ll be more deliberate about how you spend your time. It will be easier to see when obligations, tasks and responsibilities fit into your ideal life plan, and when they don’t.

2. Know your bosses priorities.

OK you say, “But it’s not me. It’s my boss. He just keeps piling on the work. How can I tell my boss ‘no’ without getting fired or passed over for promotion?” Good question. Again, let’s get back to priorities. Do you know your bosses priorities? Do you know the priorities of your boss’ boss?

3. Say no for now.

If your boss plops a new project on your lap, look for ways to postpone starting the project – if your plate is already full. Try an approach like this: “That sounds like a great project. I can see the positive impact it would have on our organization. I’d love to start working on it in a month, after I have wrapped up projects X and Y. Are you agreeable with that?” You’ll show your boss your impeccable time management skills and how in sync you are with your organization’s goals. And he or she never had to hear the word “no” – how great is that?

4. Know how to say no.

Say things like “Thank you for the offer, but I’ll have to pass this time.” Or “Thank you, but that doesn’t fit in my schedule right now.” Having some pre-rehearsed, friendly ways of saying “no” will help you muster the courage to decline offers graciously when you want to and need to.

5. Approach no from a position of power.

Instead of saying “I can’t do this” say “this doesn’t fit my priorities right now.” When you say “I can’t” the words themselves feel powerless. By realizing something doesn’t fit your priorities and turning it down, you’re putting yourself in a position of power: the powers to make decisions that help you get what you want out of life.

Using these five techniques you will free yourself from the stress of too much to do and create time to do what you enjoy … like just hanging out with your family or playing ball in the front yard. Doesn’t that sound nice? Just say “no” and you can have it, too!

How To Repair Your Slow Computer - 5 Quick Tips

A computer that loads slower than a snail is not at all a good thing. If your PC works the same, stop cursing and waiting in vain. There are still a lot of things you can do if you need help repair your slow computer. And the good news for you is that you do not need any kind of hardware upgrade just to speed up your PC once again.

I. HARD DRIVE DEFRAGMENTATION

One of the reasons that your PC can be running slowly is that the files in the hard drive are scattered. This setup makes it harder for the hard drive to access information. To speed up your PC, it is a good idea to run a disk defragmenter at least once a month. Running the defragmenter can take two to four hours so you have to be patient when doing this.

How-To:

Step 1:

Turn off screen saver. This step is very important and necessary because on some machines if the defragmentation process is interrupted, it can cause problems. Also close all programs running. This includes the programs that run in the background such as your antivirius software. Also, it is very important not to use the computer during this time.

Step 2:

Open the Defrag utility. The defrag utility is located in your start menu. To access it click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter.

This is what the defrag utility looks like.

Step 3:

Click the 'Analyze' button which is located in the bottom left corner of the window. Then once the analysis is fully completed it will give you an option of whether you want to view a report or if you would like to defrag.

Step 4:

Click the Defragmenter button. This is going to start the defragmentation process, during which time it is recommended to go do something, this will take anywhere from thirty minutes to several hours. Usually most people do this overnight while they are sleeping.

During the defragmenting the area labeled 'Estimated disk usage after defragmentation:' will start off being the exact same as before and it will start to change slowly over the duration of the time.

Step 5:

Once you receive the "Defragmentation is complete for (drive)" then you are finish with the defragmentation process. But, look at the disk usage after the process and if you see many different sections of blue separated by whites (25 or more), then i would suggest that you run the defragmenter again. Remember that you must close all programs and don't use your computer during the process, and if you really wanted to do a little better job then run the defragmenter in safe mode. To access safe mode you will need to press F8 while starting your computer to get to the boot screen. I decided that I needed to run the utility again due to there being many fragmented pieces scattered over hard drive.

Step 6:

From here on are optional steps. If you decide to run the defragmenter again then just repeat steps 1 -5 again. The following picture is the result after running the defragmenter for the second time. As you can see if you compare the result of the first and second then you can tell that there is a big difference, this time the defragmenter moved more files closer together which eliminated much of the fragmented pieces. As you can see at the beginning of the drive there is most all of the data and toward the end is free space, this is ideal since it takes less time for the computer to access the inner part of the hard drive. This is where I would have stopped, but i wanted to test out a couple theory's that I remember being said. First is that it is best to defrag more than once, which I just proved since the result is much better. The second theory that i heard was that it is better to run in safe mode which i will be testing next.

So the run the defragmenter in safe mode you must first restart your computer and press F8 at the appropriate time, tapping F8 will work too since it is hard to time. Once logged back into windows, this time in safe mode you should notice that it says 'safe mode' in all the four corner of your screen. Now that you are logged back into windows, repeat steps 1-5 to begin the defragmenter. you will notice that this time the amount of unmovable files is smaller than before, this is because there are barely any processes running since its in safe mode.

II. SPYWARE REMOVAL

Even if you think your computer does not have any kind of spyware installed in it, there is a lot of chance that it has spyware already. This is especially true if you use the PC for surfing the Internet most of the time. As you know, the spyware can make your PC run slowly. Hence, remove the spyware in your computer system through the help of spyware removal programs that you can find in the Internet.

I will give you some very useful tricks and tips to remove Spyware and Viruses for good! Follow closely:

1. There are many types of software available today that claim to remove spyware off our system, but which one REALLY does the job? Your IP address tells everyone who you are, where you're located, your system info, what kind of Windows you use, your browser, etc. An anonymous IP hides your IP by using an Anonymous address and makes you invisible to everyone, including Spyware and Ads! Please follow these instructions carefully for Microsoft Internet Explorer:

Scroll down on the page from the above link. On the list, look at the numbers listed under IP:Port Host name. Make sure the uptime on the right is at least 97 to 99 %.
Go to the Control Panel in Windows.
Open up ' Internet Options'.
Click on the 'Connections' tab on top.
Click on 'LAN Settings'.
Put a check-mark where it says PROXY SERVER.
In the Address box, copy and paste the IP address listed on the proxy list (for example: 148.244.150.58 - These are the numbers shown BEFORE the ':' (semi-colon).
Copy and paste the port number into the PORT box (for example: '80' - the number immediately after the semi-colon).
Click OK, and OK again to close, and close everything.
Go ahead and open up your browser and try surfing the internet to test.

Thats it! You are now surfing invisibly! For the Firefox browser:

Open up the browser and go to 'TOOLS' then 'OPTIONS'.
Go to 'GENERAL' on the left, then click the 'Connection Settings' button below.
Choose 'Manual' proxy config from the choices.
Check the 'use the same proxy' checkbox.
In the 'HTTP Proxy' box, copy and paste the anonymous IP, and the PORT number in the PORT box (remove the zero first).
Click OK, then OK again to close.
Now test your browser by surfing the web.

You are now invisible.

5. Download and install the new FIREFOX browser!

Please get rid of Microsoft Internet Explorer on your system! It is like a pipe that feeds Spyware, Ads and Viruses onto your system. There are just too many holes there letting everything in. Mozilla is a fairly new company that introduced a new breed of browser that blocks popups, and tries hard to keep these bugs off your system. It has very few or even NO holes or pipes to let the bugs in! Many people use it for this very reason, and it has a great look, better speed, and lets you change the theme of it! Awesome!

III. MEMORY EXPANSION:

If the reason for your slow computer performance is too much files or too much programs operating every now and then, it is a good idea to expand the memory of your hard drive. Doing this is as simple as opening the memory slot to give way to the installation of the new chip. However, this can be a very complicated task for an amateur like you so better seek the help of a technician for this.

So, here are the simple instructions to follow:

1. Make sure you're logged in as an administrator - you will not be able to change certain things on your computer without be logged in under this (most likely you will already be logged under administrator).

2. Right click on My Computer, scroll down, and right click on Properties.

3. A new screen will pull up and will say General. Go over 3 more tabs and left click on Advance.

4. Next, left click on Settings (located in Visual Effects, Processor Scheduling, Memory Usuage, and Virtual Memory). Once you have clicked on Settings, this should bring up your performance options.

5. Now, left click the third option down called Adjust for Best Performance (located in Visual Affects).

6. Next, left click the next tab over labeled Advance.

7. Now, change the top and middle sections to Programs by left clicking on the choice labeled Programs in each section.

8. On the bottom section, left click Change.

9. On the next page that pulls up, left click C:.

10. Now, left click Custom size.

11. Increase to double what is listed for initial size, making sure the number you type in is in multiples of twelve or your computer will crash. For maximum size, just triple the number.

12. Now, left click Set and then left click OK.

IV .BACKGROUND PROCESSES DESACTIVATION:

There are programs in your computer that can be working in the background without you knowing them. These programs, despite you not using them, can suck up your computer system and thus slow your computer down. Check the processes tab on your computer and end the task of the programs that you are not using. If this sounds like a complicated job for you, a registry cleaner will help you do the job. Most of today's registry cleaners have a feature to effectively handle the background processes in your computer.

To check for a particular process, you open the Windows Task Manager. This is done by hitting Control + Shift + Escape on the keyboard. Click the processes tab when

the task manager appears, and you should see something like the following:

Qttask.exe - This is the QuickTime system tray and is not at all needed.

To disable it: Right click the QuickTime icon in the system tray and choose "QuickTime Preferences"

In the preferences window that appears click the "advanced" tab and uncheck the tick box next to "Install QuickTime icon in system tray" then click "ok"

Jusched.exe - This is the Java Automatic Update process and is not needed, most people just prefer to manually download new JRE releases

To disable it:

Click the start button, and then open the control panel. Double click on the "Java" icon

In the Java windows that appears click the "Update" tab then uncheck the tick box next to "Check for updates automatically. Then click OK.

WISPTIS.EXE -This executable runs as a system service that provides pen-data collection for other components of the SDK. When a component needs to interact with the pen (for example, to collect ink or to detect gestures), this executable is spawned as a service to communicate directly with the input device. On a Tablet PC,

Wisptis.exe interacts with the digitizer, whereas on a desktop it interacts with the mouse as well.

Wdfmgr.exe This is included with Windows Media Player 10 and adds support for windows user mode drivers. It's not at all needed and can be disabled.

Click the start button and then click on "run". In the run box type "services.msc" then click OK.

In the Services window that appears scroll down to find the "Windows User Mode Driver Framework" service. Double click on it.

In the properties window that appears click the box to the right of the "startup type" text. Choose disabled. Now click the "stop" button. Then click "OK" and close the services window.

V . WINDOWS REGISTRY CLEANUP:

This is the best approach to speed up your slow computer. It is quite unknown to many that when the computer registry has a lot of entries in it, the computer tends to become slower. With numbers of entries of deleted programs in the registry, you need to free the registry with them.

There are two options to clean the registry. One is manual removal and the other is automatic. The first one is not advisable because if you accidentally delete an important entry, you can make your whole computer system to fail. Pagerank is what the Google Search Engine uses to rate your site compared to other sites based on the same content. A higher Pagerank can set your Web page ahead of others in the search results.

Quality External and internal Links

Among many contributing factors, one key element used by search engines to determine how your blog will rank is the presence of quality external links. External links are often referred to as "Backlinks" – or a link that points back to your site. The more quality Backlinks you have, generally the higher your search engine page ranking.

You can also use internal links to increase the ranking of a page and help search engines find and index (spider) pages quicker. The pages are found and indexed quicker if the link is coming from a page that has already been indexed.

Title Tags

The title tag is the most important html tag in terms of SEO. To make the WordPress title tag work to our advantage we need to use the SEO Title Tag plugin This plugin allows the user to create custom unique titles for each page and post on their blog.

Use Permalinks

One of the best features of WordPress is the ability to use a Permalink structure as opposed to page id. This allows the blogger to create a Post Slug (post name) that is related to the keywords or key phrase that the blogger is trying to target. Permalinks are not enabled by default. To enable them, log into WordPress, then select Options -> Permalinks from the admin menu. I use the date and named based format /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/structure. However, I have seen better results from those using /%postname%/ and nothing else.

Home Page Navigation

A majority of the SEO "internal link power" will stem from the homepage of your blog. This is mainly due to the fact that the homepage is usually the first page that gets indexed by the search engines. Be sure to list your categories and most important article links on the home page.

Site Design

The first few seconds of a visitors experience on your site are the most crucial. If your blog is poorly laid out, lacks quality design and is hard to navigate, visitors might quickly leave disappointed and never return. Try to keep your design and layout simple and easy to navigate. Place your article content toward the top of the page (above the fold). Visitors should not have to scroll to get to the article.

Article Content

Write original content that is in your own words. If you simply copy articles or your blog contains content that isn't in your own words, your site will actually get de-ranked. Originality is just as important on the internet as it is socially in life.

Basics of a SEO Mindset

The critical part of SEO is to have the right SEO mindset, and attain pointers that can assist in succeeding when it comes to free search engine traffic. I will lay out 3 important SEO mindset basics based on my experience, that many people can overlook or get wrong.

1.) Submitting your site to many Search Engines

In getting search engine traffic the most obvious thing to do would be to submit a site to many; or as many search engines as humanly possible. The fact of the matter is that you do not need to submit your site to any search engines at all. Spending time on other activities such as building internal & external links that will point to or within your website pages. Another activity would be writing good content for your site, such as seen in article marketing. In addition, you can submit to social bookmarking sites or article directories that will get more traffic. What this will end up doing is getting the search engines to indirectly index your and as a side effect rank you high with the possibility of much more search engine traffic coming.

2.) Rush to get High PR but Not Search Engine Traffic

Many are excited to get High PR, but the reality is that PR is not equivalent to search engine traffic at all. If you have a high PR site but are not targeting to a right set of keywords for seo, you will not get get the expectations you want in terms of search engine traffic. Therefore, a right seo mindset for PR is developed from people linking to your site. If web pages with a PR5 link to you, you should be able to get a PR4. And this is all that it means. A high PR page will get indexed more regularly than sites below but that is the only true benefit from high PR, thus not meaning you will get more search engine traffic to your site.

One of the best ways to get high search engine traffic is to forget about high PR as it will come slowly once you add links that point to your site. Focusing in on writing more articles, and posting valuable unique content to your blog daily with a low competition long tail keyword will have the search engines satisfied; or in other words search engines love this and will rank you a higher position.

PR 101- What PR signifies is Page Rank, and this is what Google and other search engines generally apply to each page on the web. Search Engines such as Google also apply a score between 0 and 10 to PR (page rank). Thus, new pages will typically have a page rank of 0. On a yearly basis, search engines update page rank approximately 4 times.

3.) Not needing SEO, already ranked high For My Name

Many people consider that having a specific phrase ranked high in the search engine is enough to not need SEO. For example; "Breaking the bank with Billy". Being ranked high for specific phrases is a good thing but the fact is that the number of people searching for this specific phrase is extremely low, if any. This is why it is wise to do SEO, and to aim for much more common phrases, such as "making money online fast", since this would be a higher aim for searchers online.

Overall, the heart of SEO is (or should be) to target keyword phrases that have lower competition. It is possible to rank high without high PR by building more internal & external links to your pages and by daily updating blog or website content. By doing this you can easily get a faster index and rank higher.

Sadness was close by so Love asked for help, "Sadness let me go with you." "Oh…Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

1) "Time-Spent" Keyword Research:

The main objective of good SEO is quality keyword research. Remember to have patience when researching and implementing ideas. Take the necessary time needed for each given task.

Finding the right keywords may take a lot of time and patience. Use tools to help you find out which keywords are the best.

Google Adwords Keyword Tool or Google Insight and Google Suggestions are good examples of some of the tools you can use to find the right keywords for your niche.

An idea to sort out keywords is to download them into an excel sheet. Remember that the keywords should match the content and products of your website. Sort the keywords by the number of daily searches, or monthly, or yearly.

Another idea is to sort keywords by competition levels. The competition of a keyword will give you a clue as to how many competitors there are for that keyword, and the likelihood of how high your results will show for that keyword. The lower the competition, the more likely you will get a higher search engine ranking.

2) Content:

The second major factor that plays a role in SEO would be original and optimized content. Make sure to deliver fresh and unique content on a regular basis as well as balanced keyword rich content. 3) Specific Keyword Placements:

Just Opposite to their seat, a beautiful girl was sitting along with her grand ma.

With in some time, Eye-Eye interactions started between Our Software engineer & that girl.

After some minutes, train started moving in to a tunnel and it was very dark.
Suddenly, every body heard a Kiss sound followed by a sound of slapping.
Every body remained silent, when the train came out of the tunnel.

Grand ma thought that," The Guy is a rogue; how dare he is? He has kissed my grand daughter! But my Grand daughter is genuine; she immediately slapped that guy."

PM thought that," I can't believe that this guy has kissed that girl! But it is unfair that she slapped me by mistake"

That girl thought that," I feel happy, when that guy kissed me, but I feel sorry that my grand ma has slapped him".
